Insights from Createq’s first Scrum Master course

Vladimir Jovanović, an official Scrum.org trainer and Scrum Master in our company hosted an outstanding Scrum workshop on the 16th and 17th of October. This engaging course on Scrum principles, facilitated an informal and relaxed learning environment. Furthermore, the two-day workshop proved to be a tremendous success, benefiting both our in-house team and external participants who enthusiastically joined. Its aim was to expand our knowledge, and it certainly did, preparing us for the coveted PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) certification from Scrum.org.

Diverse Attendees, Unified Learning

The workshop’s noteworthy aspect was its diverse attendee base. Our internal team members from various departments (HR, developers, Scrum Masters) joined forces with external applicants eager to dive into the world of Scrum.

This diversity, not only enriched the discussions but also facilitated networking opportunities and knowledge exchange.

Key Takeaways from the Workshop

This workshop provided a wealth of valuable takeaways, including a solid understanding of Scrum fundamentals, teamwork and collaboration, effective product backlog management, sprint planning and execution, Scrum roles, artifacts, and events. In a relaxed and friendly setting, attendees walked away with an enriched Scrum knowledge.

The Road Ahead: PSM I Certification

With the knowledge and skills acquired at the workshop, attendees are well-prepared to tackle the Scrum.org PSM I certification exam. We wish all the attendees much luck on the test, we are confident they will ace it on their first try.
